How is it that the market is doing so phenomenaly and this stock is languishing?

My opinion investors are long and holding they want to see some light on the NDA's signed, the results of the professers material findings etc ???? There is a lot of other noise out there and in fairness to Bernard he telegraphed that ages ago !
