Threatening a lawsuit with claims of libel and saving posts?
For the CEO of a publicly traded company, Bernard does seem to have a lot of time on his hands responding to social meida posts. I guess that's what you get when you run a Power Point company with only two employees.

The foundation upon which libel rests is publishing false statements. Nothing I wrote in any of my posts was untrue or a misrpresenation of the facts. You were unaware of basic developments in your own field. That's just a fact. And whether or not that makes you incompetent or a fraud is simply my opinion, which I'm entitled to post about under the 1st amendment.
In all honesty, my suspicion is that you're the opposite of incompetent. I think it's so implausible that you were unaware of basic developments in green hydrogen (Earthshot program) out of simple neglect. You're a smart guy, and if you were really running a legitamite company in the green hydrogen space, it's something you would have been made aware of immediately. Rather, to me it signals something more sinister and that you're a fraud and that this whole company is a fraud in which you conveniently most likely own millions of shares. But again, that's just an opinion.
P.S. I am the owner of the content you deleted on Agoracom unless stated otherwise in their terms of agreement. You claim to have saved it, so please send it back to me. I want to keep it as well and post it in the future.
