Canadian stock exchanges are the wild west with zero enforcement..caveat emptor

This has always been and continues today.  Never assume there is rules or enforcement in Canada

Voyager has just tanked out with billions. The CEO should get life in prison for fraud but will get nothing.

Here is the advertisement from 2019 clearly committing fraud by claiming FDIC insured.  

Hopefully SEC locks him up but Canada will say tsk tsk and fine him( split the  profits). TSX and TSX V ...fraud central. Never assume anything stated by companies is true

Yup... The more I dive into this whole west vancouver thing, the more I'm convinced that fraud is one of Canada's main industries. Notice how many ex-politicians are involved in, or at least are closely associated with many of these microcaps whose business model is to give hedge funds and insiders mountains of dirt cheap shares knowing fully well the audience they will pump the stock to ...more
