Pumpers and FUD bashers are both a form of fraudsters

Longs that post based facts based on news releases and interviews...even getting excited are NOT pumpers. 

Pumpers typically post false or misleading information.   For example a pumper would post "I heard rumours that Tesla Elon Musk have been seen in Montreal near PYR facilities etc etc"  Baseless untrue claims would be considered pump and is highly illegal.  

Stating facts about the technology and accomplishments etc  are NOT pumping. 

FUD'sters that post misleading statements like PYR has a $100M accumlated deficity as it is huge negative or liabiibility that needs to be addressed or they will never be able to pay that back is a downright lie when they have been corrected over and over that $100M accumlated losses are a tax credit moving forward offsetting taxable income based on the years and years of R&D to get to this stage.  Untrue misleading statements are also illegal. 


FUDsters here constantly claim long posters are pumpers...that is extremely misleading ONLY to push their own agenda.

Unlike you I don't boast about my share count. Posting an insider sell is a FACT. You can't seem to deal with it. Fact's matter.

Always posting negative twist without the full story. Directors get paid via shares/options by the company and they are entitled to $ cash in at whatever time especially when HPQ is a pre revenue company and sp didn't have much a heartbeat for the past 5-6 years prior to mid 2020. Why wouldn't they cash in more so once in awhile after all this time of service when it was much harder in

More sugar coating. Insider buying is positive for a stock. Insider selling is bad. Too bad the company doesn't pay their employee's money. Oh wait they have NO revunue so they will keep watering down shareholders and increase the float and more out standing shares.

They DIRECTORS NOT active paid employees. Stop twisting facts.  Directors often sell their stock they receive as their pay for their participation on the board.  NOTHING wrong w that as they need to pay bills here and there.   Why don't you post about Bernard the CEO buying as he has recently.  Long and strong HPQ!!!!!!
