What is "non-emitting mining"?  :-)) The old hand shovel, which I did a lot of, was non-emitting - other than sweat.

Blood sweat and tears was definitely non emitting but the smelter process was always bad for carbon emissions.   Industries will be forced to comply as time passes.  HPQ and PYR are sooo very well positioned and in some cases disrupt massive industries!! Long and strong !!!!

Gov't incentives with massive cash injections is good carrot but nonethless the stick will help speeds things up w Carbon taxes , penalties/fines will ensure compliance but carrot is good/effective too!
