"Cause their juridiction is Quebec." So why do any disclosures in English? I used to work for a public co. in Alberta that always spent the money to translate all its disclosures into French as a courtesy.

Public companies never to anything as courtesy, they translated them for their French speaking customers and investors. The question is valid, but expecting an answer or solution here is fantasy. Best ask the body that only releases documents, and decisions in one language.
