Status? Anyone know?

CARBON EMISSION REDUCTION PROCESS: On November 10, 2022, the company acquired from PyroGenesis, in consideration of $3,600,000, the technology relating to carbon emission reduction for the production of Silicon. In accordance with the purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to make the payment of the remaining balance of $3,430,000 no later than December 31, 2023.

Reply from co. If the AIF was filed in English I would have caught this... As per information available in our AIF, the payment date as been extended to June 30, 2024.
