RE: MF checking out

RE: MF checking out

The Buy-Out was of the parent of Mineral Fields, one of the many subsidiaries owned by Consolidated, which is controlled by Mr. Dwek.

They antagonized their Fund shareholders by dumping their shares on the Market in a way that did not maximize their proceeds, hurting the companies they did financing for, in the process.

They lost investors and company financing bids because of their deserved reputation and are in the process of selling their business. Hopefully the new owners (who now control lots of shares of lots of small mineral exploration companies) will try to make money by helping their clients instead of trying to make money by skinning their clients and dumping the pelts on the Market.
