Not sure if that is short positions selling quickly . On another note looks China is going to trade embargo USA on rare earths due to arms sales in Taiwan . HPY has both RE and Wo3 this could well start to get very interesting shorty. Great letter from Dave Blann right on the money now is not the time for any change to the board. Fox could well have calc silicate the other side of Deception ...more
