Nomo,

BK is not pumping MDL. He is just suggesting accumulation in small amounts and says that it will be about 3 years before you see any worthwhile results. It is just a different angle in the REE space. At the same time in the same reccomendation he reinforces his complete confidence in Stans and that they will be in  high global demand.

The SP is playing with our emotions but as I said before, we will see its full value only in 2013 -2014. In the mean time we have to ignore all the noise or we risk making a big mistaken exit strategy.
