The company has not said it will not be done with the legal issues by July they have said there would like to move it back in case.
You can't all of a sudden two weeks before the AGM postpone it. That would cripple us even worse. This way here if we get a favorable judgement by end of June they are not scrambling to put together a presentation on what we are doing going forward.
Lets all hope for the best and here's to hoping by the AGM we have a favorable judgement and we are off the the $1.00 range at least.....
