If I'm not mistaken Centerra will remain a Canadian listing but the kyrg government will no longer have shares in centerra as it will exchange it with them for the 50% stake of kumtor. So centerra will remain a Canadian listed company which part of its assets being a 50% share in a kyrg gold mine. having said all that I am grateful to the kyrg govt as their shenanigans gave me a chance to accumulate so much more than I would have been able to otherwise.
