Hi Relax once again thanks for the dd. I understand why IR says its not important to their case as our case is just about claiming the losses that they have caused and we have to prove that our license was legal in order for them to be found liable. Having said and done that, this case proves that our license was issued legally as that's the reason they were found not guilty with no further investigation required. With this precedent set, the prosecutor general's case against the state geology dept and indirectly stans, just falls apart. Once again, thanks relax..
