Bravo...well said. If you want to get a real sense of how the *-stans countries are being exploited, ashamedly, watch the remake of Rollerball. Foreign "stars" are paid big bucks while the local players are paid a small fraction. But, even more revealing, the bulk of the people are paid minimal wages to work in the mines while corrupt officials keep their wages and living conditions at bare minimums while they get richer and richer. An unlikely example to use, I admit, but helps give an idea of what is still going on today, probably in Kyrghistan. I don't think that Stans is trying to take advantage of the workers, but their elected officials seem to be doing that. Watch the movie and let me know if you think this is a good example of the corruption the Kyrghs are enduring. JMO
