Why do you say that no one has answered your question when the following is what I had posted to Kyrg ? :

Your blabbering about Russian technology shows how little you understand about REE. Firstly, the metallurgy was deciphered by Stans with the cooperation of the Russian to which the Russians recently issued the license to Stans for the use of their technology (which was PART of the process used by Stans).......so the technology DOES BELONG TO STANS !......the Russian factor and cooperation with Stans just keeps getting stronger each day......so do you really think Russia is going to betray Stans for a small bunch of cheats and crooks?
