Agreed...but I think with what Stans is working out with the Russians (Russians assets) I think it may even end up that we don't need Kutissay but they would have to negotiate or else then we will just leave it in limbo......furthermore even if they had the plant they could not do anything without our expertise as it will take anyone else another 10 years to try and decipher the metallurgy from scratch without us....

Why do you think David sounds confident in his interview.
