Question re. PCA
Question re. PCA I have read through a number of posts here but I am still not sure re., the focus of the PCA case. Would anyone tell me is the PCA deciding whether: 1) the original amount awarded to Stans was in fact fair, or needs to be adjusted up/down? Or, 2) is the PCA deciding only if the Russian court annulment of the award should be supported or overturned? Or 3) are both these separate questions being decided by the PCA together? I think that the amount of time taken to arrive at a judgment decision will be impacted by the complexity of this case. Any feedback would be gratefully received.
