Resistance @11 cents
Next would be 22 cents.   Morningstar has an undervalued rating of 3 stars and has increased it share price of HRE to 12 cents from 7 cents.   Let's break this before news come out and SP shoot upward to 24 plus cents.

Hopefully similar to late 2010 beginning of 2011 would be really nice...  :-p
