Lets say we get awarded $118 M USD, the same as the moscow court orginally award us. (using that as an example so it's not speculation) There's likely going to be a bump in the share price, Hopefully $0.20-0.30 cents CAD. Even if there is a long road til collection we would be fine because the second funder should be fine with funding us while we are waiting to collect because at that point there would be an actual dollar amount owed to us, not like now where there's an expectation that we will win but uncertain about how much we will win.

There's reason why I think the republic will settle with us 

a) Foreign investment. They wont get much of it when investor and foreign companys know that they could go through the same process we had to unless the republic cleans up thier image starts respecting foreign investors rights.

b) There was a change in government in the Republic and they talked about "righting the wrongs of the past" IIRC and they settled a investment dispute with a hotel.

I don't think a lot of people on this forum understand just how powerful the need for foreign investment is to countries. Once a nation starts disrepecting foreign investors and does what they did to us investors and companies leave and the economic starts to tank. And that presents huge challenges to politicians.
