RE:RE:News out today !!!I've done more research and changed my opinion about ucu, for now. They have more serious problems than I first anticipated, which I discovered after more careful research the second time around.
I've posted on ucu with my new explanations and if I convinced you to buy it, I am truly sorry. They were not able to weather the red market on Fri, so they are down for now. If your in, I'd advise staying in. They should be able to close the acquisition of RapidSX and give the share price a little kick to @ .20-.23 Sell then because they will issue themselves options right after and tank the sp again, imo.
I still recommend you keep an alert for it. It's a good one to keep track of. If they can close deals acquiring RapidSX and another private process company, IBC Technologies, they with their multi-billion dollar Bokan Mtn will have the best REE play in North America when mgmt finally build it.
It will get built one of these years making this company worth not billions but 10's of billions once the mgmt hogs get done feeding from it's trough. jmo's dyodd
