The chinese are not stupid they WILL restrict US access to REEs because that will cripple the US military for the time being. I've read articles saying it will years for the US to create thier own supply chain. There is one REE mine in the US according to one article I read but the 50,000 TONs it produces still has to be shipped to china for processing and back. I would say that never before

I would have to agree. There is probably a lot of money sitting on the sidelines waiting until the award is announced. Wallet investor has a $0.252 USD price target on the HREEF shares and that PT has been rising slowly for a while. Thats a $0.33 PT on the canadian shares
