I think Boris' participation in the PP was $50,000

Doug underhill bought 300,000 @ $0.05
Boris bought 1,000,000 @$0.05 ( I think with was his part of the insider PP because he bought @$0.05 and ask is $0.07 cuurently
And also has the 150,000 boris was issued @$0.05

Looks like the $65,000 insider participation was boris with $50,000 and dough underhill with $15,000 because doug bought 300,000 @ $0.05 and got 300,000 warrants as of today and the PP was commons at $0.05 and equal number of warrants @$0.06
