Is it possible to ask the Russians to put pressure on...

Is it possible to ask the Russians to put pressure on kygrzstan by denying them economic support/ cooperation until they pay us in full?

Per wikipedia

"In Febuary 2009 the Russian Government pledged to write off $180 Million USD...as well as $150 Million USD in direct aid"

"In March 2019 the Russian Government announced it would give $30 Million USD in economic and military aid to kygrzstan"

That's $360 Million USD in leverage.

i am just waiting to see if they put the license up for tender again,lynas are having their issues,mountain pass have limited heavies, cce in Ontario have the best out there but no access,rare earths are crucial to the new green movement,where else can you find a project more plausable then this one,Stans give in and settle for a license,Greenland is years behind this project,are dependency on ...more
