As a shareholder we are all saddened to see where we are now.  Mgnt need to provide a statement on wtf went wrong in the litigation.  Was it errors on our defence side because plenty of companies have successfully won against this banana republic admitantly the struggle to collect but to only get compensated for costs seems unjustified.  I've sent emails to the company and no response anyone else know and alternative way of contacting mgnt is David still on the scene and approachable? Any leads?

David left the company ages ago. You have to call Boris. He's the one responsible for PR

The SP tanked in my opinion because investors were speculating we were going to win hundreds of millions. It didn't help that people who can't read legal dicuments were saying we were going to bankrupt because "the funders get 4x their investment if we won" which was not true to all. There was a clause in both funding agreements that the amount the funders would get would not ...more

It seems like bids for HRE go to the TSX-V/CVE and asks go to the Alpha Exchange. Source: I bought 100,000 shares today at @0.015 CAD the TSX-V/CVE reports 72,000 volume flat @0.01 but my shares are showing on the Alpha Exchange and on HRE:APH the price is @0.015 CAD. 50% higher than the TSX-V/CVE. I haven't done enough research but it  seems the Alpha might be owned by the TSX. Unless ...more

if you own that amount, why did you not sell at .11 when news came out on the size of the reward, a very substantial amount to trade elsewhere and why buy now considering the number of shares you already own you must be positive or hopefull on on outcome

I should have clarified that when we were  trading at $0.11 I owned 780,000. I thought we wre going to stay stable after the ruling so i didn't sell then we tanked and i had to sell in my TFSA. 136,000 of those 780,000 were in my RDSP. When it tanked to $0.01-$0.015 I started selling other shares in my RDSP and I've grown my stake in my RDSP to 2,256,000 ish. I still have more money ...more

thank you for your honesty, but as I see it greed played a part in our decision, I believe Stans still has momentum with regards to news forthcoming and plan to bail on any positive news and pick up again depending that news, we will never see the high from the past regardless of any moves from China, they still control this space, concerns over global warming is our play card for more demand for ...more

I understand your concerns. You do know that Boris and all directors and mangement are legally prohibited from disclosing to anyone, including their shareholders, any information that could have an affect up or down on the SP before it is pulbically announced in a press release to the market right? If there are developments then no one at Stan's Energy can tell you anything substaincial even ...more
