US Market --- HREEF Closed at 0.01

HREEF closed at $0.01. Only the 4th time since May. What's going on?

The trade that day was 106,850 shares i believe then next day a sell of 5,000 now today it's back up to $0.01  USD on 100,000 shares bought. Seems like there is renewed interest. Would be nice to see who's buying. Does anyone know where we can get that info?
