RE:RE:RE:RE:An early exercise of warrants at 5 centsI meant from current sp value. I think the speed of a patent application varies a lot. I had an old boss who was successfully granted one and he said it was a tedious and expensive process. They have to sift through decades of "prior art" , to make sure the idea is not already taken. Then the minutiae of technical details are analized/compared with the most similar IP and a decision is made on whether or not the idea is unique enough on it's own merits to warrant a patent.
