signed documents are signed documents clearly they aren't signed yet. time difference has nothing to do with it. maybe they wont be signed maybe they will who knows this has been a big gamble from day one. im sure the intentions were good but who knows whats going on anything is possible including an a$$ kicking in share price and Don's credibility tomorrow if its not. maybe Empire and smokey will answer your question better as they seem to be the experts here.
