Boasting 10000 sf to feed the world, really? that too in a rented place where these guys will be paying the exorbitant rent to themselves, valuation of 35 million by putting in 300k in 2018? These guys will have to raise money to do anything with building and permits and what price you think they raise at 20 cents? 15 cents
