Yes, came in the mail on Thursday. It is a NIGHTMARE getting them and the warrants transferred if you are with TD.

yes cibc is a nighmare as well. warrants say AMWOLF. seems as all banks are not at work .  what is going on ...

Td requires CUSIP NUMBER and a serial number of certificates on their transfer of securities. On the DRS statement it only have an ISIN number.   So I contact Frontfundr live chat support (which is not live, they reply every 2 to 3 hours), havent heard back for 2 days. Then theres transferring the warrants....ugghh.

I sent my DRS statement to my broker, and next day they get back to me saying it's an old statement, and they need a new one. I imagine this has to do with the DRS saying Amwolf Capital instead of the new name, Pontus. So I'm trying to get a new DRS statement emailed to me. And I'm guessing the same issue might come up with the warrants, but haven't tried that yet.

Yes.   Frontfundr has screwed up.  You need to request a new updated one that has the name PONTUS and the ticker HULK.    The ones they mailed out should have had the updated name and stock symbal

They also dont have the serial number on the certificate, meaning you need to contact Frontfundr for this as well.   Frontfundr has really dropped the ball on this stock going public.

Well I hope they can correct this in a timely manner.  I'm fine having the DRS statement and warrant papers emailed.

Or why not just put the DRS papers on the Frontfundr site, under the investments profile documents section?

It is minimum 72 hours to get it emailed.   You have to contact them to request it, then they will submit your request to the TMX and they will need to recreate the documents with the proper stock symbal and company name.  Then you will be emailed the documents. Yes, they ABSOLUTELY should have just put it under your accounts section of their website. Horrible experience.  I

This is my second one from Frontfundr to go public. The first was VERY last year, they mailed the DRS just after the shares started trading publicly.  The DRS statement was good and my broker had no problem. Hopefully they will learn from this, I think the complication was between the old Amwolf name and the new Pontus.  If it was a straight IPO it is probably much easier. I don't

I have to wait 5-10 days to clear ....hulk is not a mining company or cannabis.. this is a whole different ball game ...there's no other company like this not even gmo beyond meat.....talks are coming strong from big companies stock will be north of 10$+ soon ... big boys in New York looking at it ... gonna be trading there and Europe soon .. stay tune ...

Actually there are a few direct competitors already. Within the water lentil protein space, Parabel, Biorefinery Solutions, Aquibledo, and Lentein are some of the direct competitors of Pontus, with Parabel as the incumbent player with a product already being sold in market

Ok 5 only ???? Not like 5000 companies mining and cannabis companies... still like nothing out there ... this the future as a lot people are turning into vegans and vegetarians it's a healthier life style .. has the highest protein of any plant or animals.....let the race begin ...

Thats right, could be worse. I bought in to VERY @ 2.00 and have been holding ever since.    I didnt know about frontfundr when VERY was private. too bad
