a/b share spread

a/b share spreadTell me dacre since it's just you and me here.  Am I missing something?  The A shares are trading at 0.425.  The B shares are trading at $3.70.  Those B shares are worth essentially 10 class A shares and will be converted by June (if I remember correctly) 2014.  I realize that there are only approx. 1,000,000 + B shares, but does it not make sense to buy them given the price difference and conversion factor?  You can buy the shares at 0.425 (class A) or 0.37 (class B after 10 for 1 conversion)?
