Waiting on breaking $0.17 then south

Waiting on breaking $0.17 then southWhile I like co and watched and posted because of that - then disappointed over premature, costly IR deal - THAT, then the discounted share settlement have chilled things IMO such that a little softness may well cause a 0.17 break AND WHEN IT DOES SUPPORT IS LOWER. Ergo, until that new base (and less bad choices that only scare away the precious serious money they need) I'll pass. To me they helped bring this on. WAY to quick to redilute AFTER ALREADY HAVING DONE A CONSOLIDATION (!). Apparently they didn't learn anything from that as "issues shares and options" is still the answer to too many questions. (Agreed cash is tight - but IR too far before significant contracts was a choice, etc.)
