RE: Shares?the shares have been frozen and thus cannot be traded so although the courts have yet come to a decision it might; the did freeze them based on the information presented. IMHO, this is highly important as it reduces the float. The only thing more important is contracts being signed. Many people I recommend this stock get nervous at the o/s..... and altough there are those that do not seem to think it matters... large shares floats are perceived badly and that is a hard paradigm to shift.. a couple of contracts and a reduction of 95M shares would be the best thing for this company before the summer. It would also go along way to ending the debate or a reverse split
