RE: bankrupcy.There not done. How they aren't I do not know.
This company has and will manage to resume.
I get to my numerous previous posts.
This company in my opinion will continue to face these situations should the senior management continue in their current positions.
Now does anybody have a copy of intent or a copy of demonstrable proof of declaring bankruptcy?
If not extreme care must be taken in regards to statements of claim versus statement of fact.
Change the board clean house set a proper direction and make the shareholders money.
The facts just the facts.
