Answer to gordie9

Answer to gordie9Yes, Gordie, I feel your post is both justified and timely. As I see it, the British Columbia penny-stock crowd, which I will henceforth call the Crowd, is about to sing their last hurrah. They are close to achieving their ultimate objective which is to drive IBR stock below 1.00 CF. This is the price (1.00) that the original private company share holders paid. They, in their ultimate version of stupidity, actually believe this will result in a panic and the company will come to their doors pleading for a private placement, which covers their short positions. The fact of the matter is this start-up company will move into the black shortly with a relatively insignificant debt load in view of what they have accomplished. Based on conservative estimates, they are looking at technology transfer and engineering fees, which will come in at a significant multiple of their outstanding debt. I really have been posting for the relatively inexperienced investors who have believed the management as to what this company has and are under pressure to liquidate and thereby enhance the Crowd. Please, indulge me when I attempt to persuade these legitimate investors caught up in the Crowd’s maneuvers. The fact is that the Crowd cannot win. They could have functioned as legitimate brokerages and backed this company, which, in my opinion, would have enhanced their image in Canada. Instead, they have played their usual game of destruction and only because this company has a product of global significance will it survive. As far as the Van Dyks, my last statement is as follows—I have functioned as an investigator of Securities and Commodity Futures Fraud and I am a court recognized expert witness at trial. I investigate the management of any company in which I am an investor. I am confident that the Van Dyks are honest, ethical men who have and are doing their best for their shareholders. Unfortunately, I can make no such statement about their antagonists. At any rate, the reason the Crowd cannot win is that by driving the stock down to this absurd level they have attracted a number of powerful groups who wish to take a piece of the action. At this point, the company is striving to remain independent. However, if the Crowd forces them into an alliance with one of the groups that are courting them, the Crowd will take a beating like you never have seen. At the time you see a major alliance formed, I would project a run which will take the stock as high as twenty dollars on the first leg. There is no way the Crowd will be able to cover their short positions.
