Re-IBR

Re-IBRA very significant development appears to be surfacing in the US in respect to manure. A recent appellate court decision in the state of Wisconsin has been interpreted by the Dept of Natural Resources to give them regulatory power over the spreading of duck manure on any land in Wisconsin. I have also been informed by dairy cow sources they, the DNR, intend to extend their regulatory to cow manure. In addition, yesterday I heard from another source in Texas that the DNR in that state is also taking action to regulate the cattle industry to the extent that cattlemen will have to fence their land so as to preclude cattle from reaching rivers, lakes, or streams. I am told that the basis behind all this activity are new revelations that animal manure is the major ingredient behind the spread of E-coil throughout the US and has been responsible for a number of outbreaks and deaths in recent years. If what I am hearing is accurate, this would be incredibly significant to the future of IBR. The lower costs in respect to processing manure with the IBR technology in conjunction with increase demand for their fertilizer should make it very difficult for the investment community to persist in ignoring the potential in their stock.
