Fertilizer Review

Fertilizer ReviewIf IBR fertilizer products are so good, why aren’t growers beating down the doors? Before I made a decision to buy the stock, I field-tested the IBR story all over the U.S.A by telephone. The reactions were diverse but throughout them, one important point kept reoccurring—the story sounded too good to be true therefore, the disbelief barrier was up in the sky. After being cursed as a con man and worse for spreading this story and although I have a thick skin I finally gave up and informed the company that, in my opinion, they had to obtain verifiable and irrefutable confirmation of what IBR fertilizer does in actual real time before it could be sold commercially on a wide scale. The absolute fact of the matter is the results are so impressive it is simply unbelievable to the growers. The company received the same message as mine from all other sources. The result was the massive field-tests from Canada to Mexico last year. They exceeded all expectations. My mantra as I have stated is –Sell the fertilizer at realistic prices and the plants will follow. Ben Van Dyk is criticized for not getting plants built in Australia and Massachusetts. That criticism is not warranted. Ben sold the technology in both cases but the plants could not be financed as of yet because the lenders want to see a market for the end product. In addition, IBR got a new management which, among other things, did not grasp the fact that this was a start-up company and the emphasis had to be put on sales, not managing. At any rate, the North American field tests will be published in trade journals shortly and verified by the U.S.D.A, Agriculture Canada, and a number of universities. This will permit Ben and his people to launch the fertilizer program. I have not the slightest doubt with Ben back at the helm that the whole picture will change quickly and radically for the better.
