STOCKHOLDERS: LawsuitsSTOCKHOLDERS: lawsuits What I said in previously was that I felt the judge's written opinion will be extremely favorable to IBR. It may very well be that the opinion could be strong enough to generate counter-suits against Frank Dixon, Lim, and for all I know, certain directors, and possibly others. I am quite willing to acknowledge that this could be wishful thinking. At any rate, the opinion will be out shortly and we will all know more.
