Now if you read his prior post, he stated that if Salcon sued IBR and the Board, then they will have to answer questions in court or be held in contempt.
THAT IS EXACTLY THE WAY I WANTED IT TO BE PLAYED OUT. No more ducking and weaving, shell games, he said she said, "well, all the stockholders know about it so there is no CONFLICT OF INTEREST".
It seems to me that with their latest financial of being flat broke, it puts both Salcon and the Shanghai group in the driver seat together. If they cut a deal between themselves, they could just wait the Van Dyks out and BOTH buy IBR for 10 cents on the dollar, if in fact the ice cream factory is still in businss. I hope so, because when everybody is done with IBR, I would still like to see the Van Dyks taken by the courts for everything they have.
You have to keep one thing in mind Flexy, Prez, and the rest of you Van Dyks. You guys are not that smart. When you tell lies, you have to keep your story straight. It's one thing to lie about one thing face to face and then lie about something else to somebody else face to face. But to do it here in an open forum, everybody can compare notes and find out what was said to who, when and in what context. Now I have you.
