SHAREHOLDERS

SHAREHOLDERSThe real puzzle that I have in respect to the IBR bashers, howlers, and their entourage is to comprehend their purpose. For example--There are only three active players here. I exclude the Shanghai group of mainland China because their interest is clear and uncomplicated--They want the technology for their country and they will get it or else. IBR, Salcon, and the Dixon et al (Blackguy2, whiteguy, zDirtylaundry) group are the three players who should be analyzed. Dixon et al made a serious attempt to deliver IBR and Shearator to Salcon. There is a general belief that the IBR process requires the Shearator as the means of controlling the bacteria and therefore the process. At any rate, that is what Salcon believes as they insisted that the Shearator be moved into IBR which, as it turned out, Dixon et al failed to achieve. The final blow to Dixon et al was the disaster at the last AGM at which they were overwhelmed and lost any control of the company. The attempt to obtain injunctive relief from the courts was also a failure. At this juncture, it is hard to comprehend of what further use the Dixon et al group could be to Salcon, They control nothing and therefore can deliver nothing that Salcon wants. Therefore, I have to conclude that Salcon has no further interest in them. Nevertheless, they continue with their campaign on this forum at what I see as an accelerated pace. One can only wonder what they are thinking. Of course, they are amateurs and they are probably driven by emotions rather than logic. Their attacks on the Van Dykes and the company seem to be even more vicious than in the past. If one proceeds on a purely logical analysis, devoid of emotions, it appears that the only winning game that remains for them is the direct opposite of what they are doing. Who can make use of this group other than IBR? I see no one else. The Dixon et al should have information about customer contacts, inquiries, potential deals, and all kind of other information that is of no value to them but might be of significant value to the present management of IBR. They also might have information that could be of advantage to IBR in respect to their on-going negotiations with Lim.
