I can understand what you are trying to tell me about protecting the patents. If those guys do go broke, the patents and license in my case reverts back to my company, not me personally. I had to put the patents into my company in order to establish a value for the company as a business entity.
Right now, in my opinion, IBR's patents are worthless. I am basing this on the fact that North Van has not turned a profit and IBR has to this date built or sold a plant which has broken even, much less turned a profit. Using that as a base, how much are the patents worth? How can they put a dollar value on them using this criteria?
What good are the patents if the plant is not commerically viable? As much as I hate landfills, they are more commerially viable under the above noted conditions than IBR? I hate landfills and everything about them but they are at least cash flow positive. Inceneration, on the other hand is not profitable.
