RE: SHAREHOLDERS

RE: SHAREHOLDERSTalk about us being pimps, you're the one in for a F------. You pimp for the Van Dyks better than anybody they ever paid, and that includes Daniella. Let's go over your latest post concerning Holland. OK, you cannot land apply compost in Holland. I'll take your word for it. Now, what constitutes compost? Is it still compost if it passes the tests for a stablilized end product. Now for the good one. HOW MANY IBR PLANTS ARE THERE IN HOLLAND? HOW MANY CONTRACTS FOR PLANTS IN HOLLAND HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND THEN ANNOUNCED? HOW ABOUT THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. DIDN'T THEY JUST FORM THE E.U. TO START A "BORDERLESS MARKET"? SO HOW MANY PLANTS GOING UP IN DENMARK OR BELGIUM? SAME PROBLEM WITH ORGANIC WASTE AND NOT TOO MUCH LAND. HOW MANY SIGNED DEALS IN CALIFORNIA? DON'T GIVE US THE SONG AND DANCE ABOUT WASTE MANAGEMENT INTERESTED. THAT ONE IS FOUR (4) YEARS OLD. Now for anybody. What was the Van Dyk's capital contribution to IBR in the initial funding stage before they went public? Did they put up cash equal in share price to the investors who also put in cash? OR DID THEY PUT IN THE PATENTS FOR IN-KIND EQUITY????????? I would like to see the original prospectus, not the one for the IPO at $2.25 but the one they had back when they were selling shares for a buck. You know, when they also said (which I also have in writing) that for every two shares of IBR, the purchaser was entitled to one share of Shearator? If they did that, then IBR and not the Van Dyks own the patents. In my humble opinion, of course. Also, things are pretty quiet since Fearless Leader returned from the Great Far East. Did he strike fear into the heart of Lim Chan Lok? Or is it the other way around? Did he get the money from Bailing Zhang? Did he get the other Hong Kong guys to pony up to bail his sorry butt out? Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick tock.
