SHAREHOLDERS--The Loh group

SHAREHOLDERS--The Loh groupIt is common for people to view others and predict their actions based on their own belief system. The IBR bashers have invented a novel theory of law. Basically it runs as follows--we are salespersons (or agents) selling a product--we introduce a prospect--the deal is never consummated because the buyer and seller can't get together on terms--we take the position that we are entitled to a commission on a non-existent deal because it was not our fault that it fell through. This childish and non-existent conception of a legal claim is fundamentally, what the IBR bashers are all about. To pursue this insanity further, the IBR bashers actually believe that by wrecking the company, someone is going to give them some money. Who and why is never made clear by them. However, instead of seeking a remedy at law, they continue to try to shake down the company. Precisely because they are self-destructive losers, they predict others will act in the same way as they would. This is a fundamental error. Now, it so happens that I am not a self-destructive loser so I will make a different prediction as to the Loh group. Therefore, because I do not believe the Loh group is composed of self-destructive losers, I think that putting IBR out of business is not for them a realistic option.
