SHAREHOLDERS--Racism and SalconThe IBR Bashers have hit a new low today. This group of snake-oil salesmen, con men, grifters, and Bunco artists have learned the lesson that Goebbels taught--As he told Hitler: If you repeat the big lie often enough, people will believe it. The IBR bashers repeat the same mantras repeatedly, irrespective of their validity and irrespective of even a total rebuttal.
However, their accusation of racism puts these lowlives at an all time-low. Evidently, they had a conference before their throw-to-each-other type of posting.
Note, they do not refer to the post that contains these racism remarks, nor do they follow their usual format of quoting the item they are responding to. Why, I wonder? Maybe because there were no racism remarks and certainly not from me. As far as I am concerned, the only function these sociopathic types could perform for humanity would be to have their historical posts presented to a university criminal study class for the purpose of analyzing the criminal mind.
Let me add the following—the bashers continue to refer to the lawsuit filed by Salcon. Their intention is to lead readers of this forum to believe that a viable lawsuit exist in the Canadian courts. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They have humiliated Salcon (Mr. Lim) from the first day, when they arrived in court with a disbarred attorney representing Mr. Lim. Of course, he was immediately escorted from the courtroom.
The remarks from the bench and the final opinion denying any injunctive relief what so ever, were so derogative in respect to this lawsuit that even the IBR attorneys felt for the plaintiffs. Now, on the remaining lawsuit for damages on the supposed Salcon contract, the judge’s remarks were of such a nature that any seasoned attorney would advise his client to drop the case.
In fact, Mr. Lim dodged discovery for months but evidently was persuaded to stay in the case by the bashers. It was a terrible mistake on Mr. Lim’s part. The main thrust of the Salcon case was supplied by allegations put forward by a Bernard Law. Law was completely discredited when the principals he depended on to sustain his affidavits pulled the legs out from under him. At this time, the case is dead as far as Mr. Lim is concerned. There is no possibility of Salcon prevailing. The repercussions, if he continues to share a bed with the IBR bashers, are horrendous and probably will cost him millions.
