SHAREHOLDERSSince whiteguy has deemed appropriate to offer his advice to the Loh group regarding the disposition of their note due from IBR,I choose to respond to the occasion by offering mine. I might add that I have a lifetime of being paid for my financial advice, unlike whiteguy. I am a US citizen living in the US and spent many years on La Salle Street as the number one trader for a New York Stock Exchange member firm. I was also a trading member of the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and the Midwest Stock Exchange on which I functioned as a specialist. Later in my career, I lectured extensively on the West coast and was an expert witness in many financial cases. As I see it, the Loh group has two choices—-It is my opinion that a multitude of defenses exists to an action by the Loh group. I believe the matter could be dragged out for one to two years. To me it makes no sense. At this moment IBR as a business is on the verge of an explosive up-draft in every aspect of their activities. In a lifetime in the financial markets, I can truthfully say that I have never before witnessed a situation as positive as IBR presents at this time. All that it is required for this company’s stock to go into orbit on the upside is a resolution of their financial affairs. The Loh group, if it could come to a satisfactory exchange of their note, which would be acceptable to IBR, would be the recipient of a huge windfall because, as sure as night follows day, IBR is poised to explode upward on a resolution of this matter. My first objective is ten dollars and I do not believe it will take much time to get there. An alternative choice would be a one-year extension of their note for equity considerations. This would accomplish the same results. The reason being that IBR, in my opinion, needs only a year to eighteen months for a movement into the big leagues.
