A somewhat thin announcment.

A somewhat thin announcment. So how many plants are they going to build? What is the royalty payment for each plant? Does IBR (we shareholders) get a royalty per ton of the finished product? Does Chan Lok know that IBR has sold part of his territory for a THIRD TIME? (I'll bet he does, and he gets real cranky when somebody wakes him up with bad news). Is there a performance clause in the agreement? If they don't build the plants fast enough to suit Ben and Jerry, can they then cancel the deal, leave them with ANOTHER PRIVATE PLACEMENT and sell the same territory a FOURTH TIME? Does the Loh Group's lawyer know the IBR just got money? (I'l bet he knows too, and he doesn't get cranky when you wake him up with GOOD news). They just postponed the enivitable.
