A reply1. Salcon has not been sold (or bought) by anybody. There are three partners. The position of chairman rotates between the three. The present chairman is K.K. Yew I believe. After him, I believe that a gentleman named Mr. Chang or Cheng will be chairman. The the title returns to Chan Lok. The suit still stands and they plan to proceed. OK? 2. I have it on pretty good authority that the CFO/Chan-Chan group will not be forthcoming with the balance of the technology transfer money. 3. Why did Ben cancel the growth trials? Would you like me to answer that on this forum? 4. If you want to come after me, stop making excuses of where you are from. You know who I am and where I am. You could be from Jupiter - either shut up or bring it on. Please explain to your loyal following what a motion of discouver is. And bring the seven dwarfs with you. Matter of fact, bring 70. I need the mental excercise. My list of questions is going to be quite a bit more extensive from the questions I have posted on this forum. You're a lawyer aren't you? What is the saying that lawyers use about not ever asking a question they don't know in advance? I don't like suprises either. I owned stock in Thermo Tech. I sold my position at a small profit. You see, what started that whole proxy fight was that Rene would never post revenue from end product sales. Sound familiar? I wonder why . . . ??
