Since it is my understanding that your affidavits were the substance of the complaint filed by Salcon, I believe the IBR shareholders are entitled to your opinion as to the status of this lawsuit. I am simply giving you the opportunity to function as a legitimate member of this forum.
Of course, you may choose to ignore the shareholders and their bona fide interests as you have so consistently in the past.
