RE: SHAREHOLDERS: SHEARATOR

RE: SHAREHOLDERS: SHEARATORPrez, do not take this personally but this is the way I feel about the whole matter: First of all, I did a thorough investigation of my own in respect to the integrity, honesty, and business acumen of the IBR management before I invested. I was completely satisfied. When the Shearator matter came up, I was able to determine that the arrangements between IBR and Shearator were those advised by the underwriters and their attorneys. Further investigation convinced me that such arrangements that had been made, are common and considered the most sensible way or protecting shareholders against corporate raiders. It is my absolute opinion that the only reason that IBR and its shareholders did not fall victims to the Lim-Dixon conspiracy was the fact that these arrangements were in place. I was very pleased that the British Colombia Supreme Court was in total agreement with my point of view. In respect to the other matters that you question me on, unlike Whiteguy who claims to represent the Chinese in North-America (of course, he has no influence with them whatsoever), I cannot speak for the IBR management. I am not a director nor am I an officer. In fact, I am not even a controlling shareholder. I would be totally out of line if I attempted to respond to your inquiries. I sense that you, like myself and many others, are concerned about the price of the stock and the lack of progress. In my opinion, the major problem this company faces and it is probably the only problem and I refer to the criminal element that has run rampant on this forum to the extreme detriment of the company. As you know, I am not a Canadian citizen and I have never been to Canada. If I were a Canadian citizen, you can bet on one thing--I would have gone to the appropriate Canadian authorities, no matter how much time it took, to obtain a complete and thorough investigation of the criminal element behind this campaign to destroy IBR and its shareholders. The fact that this demand for an investigation has not been mounted by the shareholders who are mostly Canadians is a complete mystery to me. However, it could be that I have personal knowledge that others do not have, and therefore I have decided to make it public shortly.
