RE: Prez, I said you would ignore the question.

RE: Prez, I said you would ignore the question. My "investment" in this POS is going down at the exact same rate as yours. Just ask your brothers-in-law whether I'm on the shareholder list or not. Since I did buy pre-IPO I am a rightful owner of Shearator stock and as such, I am entitled to every and all information regarding that company, be it public or private, that is available to all other lawful shareholders. Competitor or not. As far as suing me, go ahead. As I am a stockholder in IBR as I assume you are, what purpose would it serve me to drive down the price of my own investment? I'm just tired of being lied to by present management as far as news releases that never materialize, spending stockholder's equity on lawsuits which shouldn't have occured in the first place, the lack of information concerning material changes to the company (arm's length loan agreements, status of the Loh Group loan, the Bailing Zhang deal,) etc., etc., and feel present management should be held accountable. Regarless what Flexy said, the company seemed to be moving in the right direction until they canned Dixon. After he was "suspended with pay", things went downhill fast. As far as my taking advantage of the situation, the only way that could have happened would have been to short the stock. I don't short stocks and my brokerage accounts can confirm this. Do whatever you want to. If you want to sue somebody in the US, go ahead. It's a free country. Just make sure that you aren't countersued for filing a frivilous action. Now Flexy, you just keep digging the hole deeper. If their excuse was that the IPO was for BC residents only and I didn't get the Shearator stock because of it, then IBR, according to you, broke the law when they didn't return the money in the first place and explain that I was not a BC resident and could not take part in the IPO. They cashed the check and issued the IBR stock. I want my Shearator stock. Or they can buy me out at what they sold it to me.
