SHAREHOLDERS-Loan

SHAREHOLDERS-LoanI will be presumptuous in assessing the interests of the Chinese and Indonesians. If IBR is forced to transfer control of their technology to a major international group or corporation, what will the result be? In my opinion, the result will most certainly be that the Chinese and Indonesians will end up paying a multiple of the present bargain basement prices. IBR, presently, has a liability of one million dollars. IBR controls patent protected territorial assets which, at the most conservative assessment possible, represent one hundred times that liability. The whole controversy over this one million dollars has progressed from a state of foolishness to the absurd.
